Das Schloss in Bruchsal feiert in diesem Jahr sein 300 jähriges Bestehen. Es war die Residenz der Fürstbischöfe von Speyer. Im zweiten Weltkrieg wurde das Schloss fast vollständig zerstört. Es wurde anschließend mit viel Mühe wieder aufgebaut und beherbergt heute neben dem Schlossmuseum das Deutsche Musikautomatenmuseum sowie das Stadtmuseum von Bruchsal.
The castle in Bruchsal celebrates its 300th anniversary this year. It was the residence of the prince-bishops of Speyer. During the Second World War, the castle was almost completely destroyed. It was then painstakingly rebuilt and today houses the German Museum of Music Automatons and the Bruchsal Town Museum in addition to the castle museum.
