青藏铁路是
青藏铁路是一个了不起的工程成就，也是连接中国青海省省会西宁和西藏自治区首府拉萨的重要基础设施项目。
建设于2001年开始，2006年竣工，并于2006年7月1日正式通车。
铁路建成的目的是为了改善西藏与中国其他地区的连接，促进经济发展，并推动该地区的旅游业。

The Qinghai-Tibet Railway is a remarkable engineering achievement and a significant infrastructural project connecting Xining, the capital of Qinghai Province, with Lhasa, the capital of the Tibet Autonomous Region in China. The construction began in 2001 and was completed in 2006, with the railway officially opening on July 1, 2006. The railway was built to improve connectivity between Tibet and the rest of China, promote economic development, and facilitate tourism in the region.

Die Qinghai-Tibet-Eisenbahn ist eine bemerkenswerte technische Leistung und ein wichtiges Infrastrukturprojekt, das Xining, die Hauptstadt der Provinz Qinghai in China, mit Lhasa, der Hauptstadt der Autonomen Region Tibet, verbindet.
